Supplements that help any disease or ailment include vitamin B12 -- the methylcobalamin type not cyanocobalamin, and sub-lingual -- dissolves slowly under the tongue; and vitamin D3 - especially if you can't get a daily dose of 15 to 20 minutes of sun on your arms and legs so you can make your own vitamin D3.

Tongue Cancer ? PLEASE HELP!!!!?

Well i smoked for the past week and hadnt for a loong time, but today i noticed this little black ish spot on my tongue and im reaaalyyyy worried about what it might be, its like 1 mm big, if you could just tell me the symptoms or if you know what this is

From your description, I don't think it is possible to tell you what it is. However it is NOT tongue cancer.
Tongue cancer is rare. It usually starts either as a white plaque (spot) or a painless ulcer. Smoking is associated with a lot of cancers, but cancers on the lip, tongue and in the mouth are among the least common. It is more common to get mouth cancers if you chew tobacco though.
Smoking is very addictive however, and as a doctor I would urge you not to start again. It is also expensive.
