Where is the Suprasellar Fossa located in the brain?
I cannot find a diagram/map/ or picture of the brain showing where the Suprasellar Fossa is located? Does anyone know the location of this? One thing I did look at it looks to be somewhere like in the middle of the brain and another it looks like it might be down toward the brainstem cell. Yet another it looks to be around the pitutary gland. I am looking at an old CT Scan paper results stating a tumor in this area. They have seen it then they didn't, then they did, then they didn't. You get the picture. It has been a roller coaster ride of my health. I am just trying to figure out where this Suprasellar Fossa region is.

It's around the pituitary gland in the center of the lower surface of the brain.
