Sore throat, flem, sinus congestion and cold sweats?

I have been sick for a couple of days..Sinus congestion and sore throat. Today out of nowhere I ate Indian food, took a nap and woke up cold, then hot with sweat on my forehead... What can this be?
I also feel very lazy/tired.
I don't have a fever either???

either a virus or a upper resp. infection ... drink hot hotwater with lots of lemon and honey rub yyour chest with vics use a humidifyer or go in the bathrrom and turn the shower on really hot and sit in there while it steams drink losts of liquids ... get some rest. the indian food probably just messed with you because its hot plus your sick ...
