signs of cervical cancer?i have had it before ?

i have been haven irregular periods for 3 months they have gotten shorter and longer apart.well back in 1999 i had CIN2 which is what i was told was the 2nd stage of cervical cancer so i had lazer treatment on the 1st April 1999.Well any the signs then were i bled every time i had intercourse now i have the opposite i have hardly bled with my periods or anything and load of cramps the last week.Never happened before i had my tubes tied in march 2008.

You did not mention your age.

Probably you have reached Menopause and having the related problems.

See your Gynecologist and get a Pap Smear and Physical examination done.

It seems that you do not have a recurrence of CIN or frank Cervical Cancer!

If you are 30, then you probably have developped a recent problem which might be related to tubal ligation you underwent in March 08. Check your LH and FSH levels and do an ultrasound to see the status of both ur Ovaries.

But it is most important to see the gynecologist who will examine you physically and do the required tests and give you the best advice.

Cancer can not be ruled out! But do not panic as this is probably quite early and if you visit ur doctor soon your problem will be solved much before any complication develops! So instead of spending time on net please rush to your gynecologist who is just there to solve your problem, the best way possible!
